No. We have strong local knowledge of the Sydney markets we write in, but we help buyers anywhere in Australia. Appointments by phone, video, or in-person across the areas we serve.
Does it cost me anything to use a mortgage broker?
There is no broker fee charged to you. We're paid a commission by the lender after your loan settles, fully disclosed in writing before you proceed. Lender fees, government fees (stamp duty, registration, transfer), LMI where applicable, and conveyancing/inspection costs still apply, we explain every cost upfront.
How many lenders do you compare?
We have access to a wide range of lenders through our aggregator, including the major banks, tier-two lenders, and specialist lenders not available directly to the public.
